Dessypri

Biography

Athina Dessypri was born in Greece in 1963. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.  Ms A. Dessypri works as General Manager, Human Resources at Eurobank since August 2007. She joined Eurobank in 1997 with the task to establish the bank's stock broking house, where she remained as General Manager and member of the board of directors until 2001. From January 2002 till July 2007 she worked at Eurobank as an Advisor to Management overseeing the bank's major restructuring and re-engineering projects. Before (1990-1997), she was a founding member and Director of Sigma Securities – Head of Sales and Trading. She was also founding shareholder and member of the board of Sigma Money Brokers. From 1987 to 1990 she worked at Continental Bank in London as Assistant Director at the bank's Mergers and Acquisition division.
