Biography
Dr. Emmanuel Anyachukwu IRONDI is a Lecturer and Researcher of the Department of the Biosciences and Biotechnology at the Kwara State University, Nigeria. The main theme of his research is Functional foods and nutraceuticals research, with emphasis on the use of functional foods/nutraceuticals for the management of degenerative diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and gout. He holds a PhD in Applied Biochemistry. He has published in various international refereed journals and is an active reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals.
