Nasiruddin Khan, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the College of Applied sciences, Department of Food science and Human Nutrition at the A’Sharqiyah University, Sultanate of Oman. He had worked on same position for four years in King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, mainly involved in teaching and biomarker research program as principal investigator in major university funding projects. He received his PhD in human nutrition from University of Barcelona, Spain, in 2010. His teaching interest includes human nutrition, micro-macro nutrients,research skills, nutrition and metabolism, assessment of nutritional status.
