Dr Halima Boughellout is associate professor at the University Frères Mentpouri Constantine Algeria department of food technology. She was graduated in both nutrition and food technology and obtained an engineer diploma in food technology in 1999 and magister degree in food Biochemistry in 2007 and doctorate in food sciences in 2014.  She worked as an associate professor and researcher at the University of Constantine from 2007.  She was invited Researcher at French National Institute for Agricultural Research in 2009, 2011,and 2014. She is a member of the Algerian society of nutrition, French society of nutrition and French society of Allergy. She received several research excellence awards including Best Research Presentation Poster Awards from Congrès francophone d’allergologie Paris 2015, best poster presentation from association tunisiennedes sciences de la nutrition 2008 and best innovate Algerian research project 2014.
