Biography
Mueller was adjunct faculty at NYU beginning in 1989 and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor since 1998 concurrent with a clinical practice and research career. In that time he has taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. Mueller created the advanced seminar in Critical Care
Research Interest
Dr. Mueller's research includes the outcomes of enteral (tube) feeding in elderly long-term care residents and the effects of weight loss interventions on cardiovascular disease risk factors. He is published in the peer- reviewed clinical nutrition literature and a frequent speaker on the local and national levels.
