Biography
Gardeli obtained her Agricultural Engineer Diploma in Agricultural University of Athens Department of Food Science and Technology,in 1992, and her Ph.D. in 2009 on Food Chemistry-Agricultural University of Athens, Greece. In 2014, she has been assigned teaching courses on Food Chemistry I and Food Chemistry II at the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. She has participated in 1 researchand 3 private funded projects(past five years), is active reviewer in 3 peer-reviewed scientific journals, and is author or co-author in 18 research papers in international journals, 1book chapter and 18 National and International Conference proceedings
