Biography
Dr. Kontos is a Graduate of the University of Athens and completed post-doctorate thesis on Genetics and Molecular Biology at the University of Cambridge. He has held post-doctoral posts in Molecular Biology at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (UK), at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and at Harvard Medical School.He has been in Greece since 2002 where he founded Genomedica and turned it into a pioneering company in the field of molecular Genetics and Cytogenetics.
