Biography
Gary Blough is senior vice president of Latin America for Genesys. He is responsible for commercial activities in the region, including sales, channel management, delivery and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Genesys, Gary was vice president of international sales for Interactive Intelligence and had also served as area director and vice president of sales for Western U.S. and Latin America. Gary previously also held various sales positions at CRM software company, Software Artistry, including manager of Western region sales and On-Line Software, a developer of programmer productivity tools. Gary holds a bachelor degree in marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
