Biography
Hans Heltzel is the senior vice president of professional services at Genesys. He is responsible for all Genesys PureConnect customer implementations, education and ongoing support. Prior to joining Genesys, Hans led the worldwide support and professional services teams for Interactive Intelligence. Hans holds a master of science degree in information and communications services and a bachelor of science degree in history and criminology from Ball State University.
