Biography
He is undertaken CFO positions, in pharma biotech affiliates, of biotech pharmaceutical companies based in USA. These roles offered me opportunities such as setting up and manage a whole multinational affiliate from scratch, and provided me with extensive Finance, IT, Legal and HR management experience. It included the recruiting and management of Finance teams and the implementation of a diverse range projects: lead ERP implementations, assisted in developing and growing the business as part of the Senior Management teams by providing recommendations on Finance related issues by being a key team player, supervised the preparation of accounts and financial statements for reporting to headquarters on a monthly, quarterly and year-end basis, and in accordance with the US GAAP accounting standards, managed all professional banking relationships, and organized all internal control under SOX requirements, resulting to successful Internal SOX Audits and external (PWC) Anti-Fraud and Corruption Assessment with no deficiencies and no negative comments. I have also enhanced my networking by being an active member of the Economics Committee in SFEE (Association of Pharmaceutical companies in Greece).
