has a background in physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and healthcare sciences and has taught a variety of subjects in physiotherapy and allied health professions since 2010. Having a background in Physiotherapy, Konstantinos has always been interested in sports injuries, thus, he decided to expand his knowledge by studying an MSc course in Exercise Rehabilitation. During this course he contacted his first clinical study on knee pain. On successful completion of his MSc course he applied for a PhD Studentship in Healthcare Sciences and aimed to evaluate applied physiotherapy practice in NHS physiotherapy departments. Konstantinos has a significant focus on the evaluation of applied physiotherapy practice in managing musculoskeletal conditions of the lower limb. He has a broad methodological background in qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method studies, in different patient populations whilst his area of expertise is knee pain. Over the last 8 years he has been running research as a principal investigator in hospital, lab and academic environments.
