Biography
He holds BA degree in Business Management and a prospective graduate of MA in Public Administration from India. He has progressive experience in Human Resources area both in corporate and International None Governmental Organizations. His corporate experience has come from the state owned Telecom Company of Ethiopia, and the rest of his experience is from Humanitarian Developmental firm i.e. Plan International, Ethiopia www.planinternational.org and research for development organization, international Livestock Research Institute www.ilri.org. In total, he has worked for more than 9 years in HR field out of which he has assumed supervisory roles for more than 3 years. His current role in the International livestock Research Institute is People and Organizational Development Officer since October 1, 2013
