Stella Kiwango

Biography

Stella Kiwango (Tanzania) is director of people and organizational development.  For the past 15 years, she has worked in senior human resources roles at not-for-profit, multinational private and public sector organizations. She began her career with Vodafone and British Petroleum where where she led the human resources function, including leading diverse teams engaged in the harmonization of global human resource policies. In 2012, she worked briefly with the World Agroforestry Centre, serving as Human Resources and Administration Director. She has masters and postgraduate degrees in economics and social studies from the University of Manchester.
