Man Cheung

Biography

Professor Chung has spent most of his academic career in the United Kingdom researching and teaching at the University College London and the Universities of Birmingham, Sheffield and Plymouth. He then moved to Zayed University in the United Arab Emirates for several years before coming to the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has published over 170 journal articles, book chapters or books. Over the past few years, much of his work has focused on posttraumatic stress disorder. He has experience in teaching topics including counselling, health psychology, abnormal psychology, personality and individual differences, history and philosophy of psychology.
