He is currently serving as assistant professor of Department of Public Health, Fu Jen Catholic University, New Taipei, Taiwan. His research interests are in the area of quality of health care. He has published some articles in well-known journals, such as Value in Health, Medical Decision Making, Health Services Research, and Resuscitation etc.
