Biography
Dr. Chen is currently the Chief, Center for Faculty Development, Department of Medical Education, Taichung Veterans General Hospital and Assistant Professor of Medical College, National Yang-Ming University. She is Board-certified Child Neurologist from Taiwan Child Neurology Society and board-certified Neonatologist from Taiwan Society of Neonatology. She got NIDCAP certified by Dr. Als at Boston Children Hospital in 1999. She is the founder of Taiwan Academy of Breastfeeding. She conducts pediatric neurology clinics and Center for Child Development Evaluation in Taichung Veterans General Hospital at Taichung.
