Biography
Masayasu Hara, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Gastroenterological Surgery at Nagoya City University. He works there as a surgeon of colorectal cancer. His interests lie in both clinical and research of colorectal cancer therapy. His clinicalinterests include the minimally invasive surgery i.e., laparoscopy, SILS and robotic surgery. His research interests also include angiogenesis and inflammation in colon cancer. His previous report revealed inflammation cytokine has relationship the secretion of VEGF from cancer-associated fibroblast.
