Biography
Dimitris Barmpakos received his B.Sc. from Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece, by completing the experimental part of his thesis in Universite de Limogés in 2014, and his M.Sc. from Technological Educational Institute of Athens. He has been involved in numerous interdisciplinary projects as a technician, an engineer and a research associate, mainly regarding embedded systems, sensors design & installation, and signal analysis.For three years, he was Chief Technology Officer of Direct Solutions Private co., which he co-founded. His main responsibilities in this position included overviewing a team of developers and engineers, constantly working on fast track, research and development of new technologies, development roadmap definition, techno-economic assessment and project technical overview.
