Anastasios Economou Assistant Professor in Analytical Chemistry and Chemical Instrumen tation Education - BSc at the Department of Chemistry, University of Athens, Greece (1988). - MSc in Analytical Chemistry and Chemical Instrumentation at the Department of Instrumentation and Analytical Science, UMIST (1989). PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the Department of Instrumentation and Analytical Science, UMIST, UK (1993). - Postdoctoral studies in the Department of Instrumentation and Analytical Science, UMIST, UK (1993-1996), the Laboratoty of Analytical Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, University of Athens, Greece (1997 and 1999-2000) and the Athens Wine Institute, National Agricultural Research Foundation, Greece (1999-2000).
