Biography
I’m a third-generation plant scientist and have spent my career working to discover new ways to increase agricultural productivity and plant potential. A lot has changed since my early years as a plant breeder. Increased data and analytic capabilities are generating powerful product insights, diversity of talent in agriculture creates new ideas, and the connectivity of our team around the globe drives better solutions. As Monsanto’s Global Plant Breeding Lead, our vision is to improve lives through better harvests. We cannot achieve this alone, but through hard work, innovation and great leaders in agriculture and science, I truly believe that we can achieve this vision – deliver better products and improve lives.
