Biography
Dr Fong has been providing care to women and couples trying to conceive for the last 18 years. He is a Ministry of Health-accredited IVF clinician, and he is one of very few IVF clinicians who manages both male and female conditions in the treatment of infertility. He was the first in Singapore to perform percutaneous sperm aspiration for men who are unable to produce sperm due to obstruction of the sperm ducts.
