Biography
Young Sook Kim received her Ph.D degree from Seoul National University (South Korea) in 2001 and worked as a post-doctoral fellow in Beckman Research Institute, City of hope (USA). She has been involved in wide range of scientific fields such as biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, pharmacology, and natural products. Currently she is a Principle Researcher at Korean Medicine Convergence Research Division, Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. She is a member of Korean Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Her recently results have been presented in numerous publications related diabetic complications obesity, and herbs and at international meetings.
