Biography

Evangelia Pavlatou is a Rel. Teacher in the Department of Chemical Sciences at NTUA, Greece. Her research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

His research field is expertise in Study of structural properties of materials in gaseous, liquid, glass and solid phase by spectroscopic techniques of light scattering Electrolytic manufacturing of micro- and nanostructured metal, alloy and composite coatings Electrolytic manufacturing of nanoparticulate motifs and nano-tubes / rods by electrochemical methods Metal recovery from solid waste by electrochemical methods Surface characterization and study: morphology, topography, crystalline structure, physicochemical and mechanical properties Optimization of the parameters of electrochemical processes for controlled development of micro- and nano-structured coatings with improved physicochemical and mechanical properties (microstructure, corrosion resistance and slip friction, roughness) Utilization of new technologies in the production of multimedia educational material and educational research in chemistry and chemical technology courses
