Biography

Nikolaos Tzamtzis is a Professor in the Department of Chemical Sciences at NTUA, Greece. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.        

Research Interest

His research field is expertise in 1. Chromatographic methods for separating natural products on a preparative scale, 2. Application of chromatographic techniques and other instrumental methods of analysis in the study of pyrolysis-burning chemistry, 3. Application of specific chromatographic techniques and chemometry to sample analyzes, 4. Development of analytical methodologies and applications of Instrumental Analysis in the study of various materials and environmental control, 5. Development - analytical control and applications of electrochemical sensors in environmental and biomedical fields. 6. Techniques for improving operation and analyzing the performance of pilot wastewater treatment devices using the MBR (Bio Membrane Reactor) method.
