Biography
Dr. Senay Simsek is an associate professor in the Department of Plant Sciences at North Dakota State University (NDSU). She earned a B.S. degree in Chemistry in 1998 and MS degree in Biochemistry from GebzeInstitute of Technology. Then, she began her PhD in Food Science at Purdue University in 2003.
