Biography
Józef Szarek is head of the Department of Forensic Veterinary Medicine with Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory “Forensic Veterinary Medicine, Cell Pathology”, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland. He is author of 21 books, 40 chapters, 229 original articles, 127 review articles, 261 research announcements (abstracts). Impact Factor - above 147. Author more than 500 research, legal and forensic expert appraisements. Member of 5 scientific associations. Participation in Erasmus, Socrates and Nobel Programme in Lithuanian Vet. Academy, Kaunas, Lithuania (2006, 2008, 2009), University of Santiago de Compostela, Lugo, Spain (2007), Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain (2008, 2010), University of Teramo, Teramo, Italy (2009, 2012, 2015).
