Biography
Dr Rita Muzzalupo is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Technologies in the Department of Pharmacy, Health and Nutrition Science at the University of Calabria, Italy. She graduated in chemistry in 1992. Her major current research is focused on drug delivery systems. In particular, her main research interests are: vesicular systems for drug trandermal delivery; synthesis and characterization of new surfactant for realization of niosomes; polymeric hydrogel. She has published about 100 peer reviewed papers, has reviewed many publications for several well-known international scientific journals pharmaceutical sciences.
