Biography
Dr. Yang is an associate professor at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She got her PhD in Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Science (2008-2011). She joined the Lab of Speech Cognition in July, 2011 to explore the cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying language processing, especially the processing of discourse. Recently, she has been using event-related potentials (ERP) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to explore how executive control modulates discourse comprehension.
