Biography
Dimitrios Mataras is a Professor in Materials Science and Technology department, University of Patras, Greece. He holds Ph.D. from University of Patras, Greece in 1990. He has done B.S (diploma) in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Greece in 1982. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

His research field is expertise in Plasma Processing - Thin Films.
