Biography
Ioannis Petrou is a Senior Manager in the Deals team. He joined the Athens office in 2001 and he is currently responsible for the local Valuations and Forensics practices. He is heavily focused on the shipping/ transportation and energy sectors and has extensive experience in business enterprise valuations, intangibles’ valuations, financial reporting valuations, feasibility studies. He has also advised both public and private clients on M&A and financial reporting issues as well as cross border investments. Ioannis is a UK Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University (Cass) Business School, London.
