Biography
Christos Stefanidis, Chartered Accountant (ACCA), is a Director in the Deals team. He joined PwC in 2003 as part of the Consulting practice and moved to the Deals team in 2007. He has significant experience in a variety of Consulting projects, including the development of business plans and financial and costing analysis of companies. Christos has advised major Greek listed companies on various M&A projects and has worked on significant transactions regarding the disposal of NPL portfolios and non-core assets of major Greek banks. He also has extended experience regarding debt restructuring projects and independent business reviews. Christos holds an MSc in Financial Management and Control from Aston Business School.
