Gonidi Maria

Biography

  Maria Gonidi manages the Training, Engagement and Development team in the People and Organisation services/HR Strategy and Management. She has previous HR experience from PwC’s internal HR Department, and prior to that in the logistics sector. She has gained know-how through various HR consulting projects with a number of Greek and multinational clients in several industries, such as Banking, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Energy. Maria’s expertise focus on building capabilities through Assessment, Training, Coaching and Development programmes, Organisational Design, HR Transformation initiatives, as well as HR Systems and Policies design and implementation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management and Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s in HRM from Cardiff Business School. She is certified in different tools such as “Insights MDI International” and “STRATA”, and an accredited trainer by OAED.
