Biography
Tassos Alefantos is a high calibre Management Executive with 20-years of international experience in the areas of Information Technology, Telecommunications and Airport Operations. Results-driven and customer-focused, Tassos possesses unique experience in shaping strategic direction, transforming IT from cost centre to profit centre and has strong relationship management capability and proven commercial acumen. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate and IT Governance, IT Service Management and works intensively on the issue of IT Business Value; he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and he is the founder and chairman of the Greek chapter of IT Service Management Forum (ITSMF Hellas is a non-for-profit organisation).
