Biography
She is Executive Search Consultant with broad experience in senior level recruitment, bringing a different look, broadening diversity, talent acquisition, talent retention and integration. She is member of the Consumer Products and Services as well as of Life Sciences & Health Care Practice within Stanton Chase, Athens office.She has conducted executive search assignments in the consumer, pharmaceuticals, tourism and entertainment. She has appraised over 500 senior executives for a range of multinational and regional companies. In 2007 Virginia joined the Executive Search Company of Stanton Chase International, Athens office, as Principal Consultant. She led the Life Sciences & Health Care Practice and she significantly contributed in its development as the top tier player in Stanton Chase LS&HC globally and among the key players in Greece. She has managed numerous projects also in other industries such as Consumer, Retail, Tourism and Hospitality. Within Stanton Chase she has the additional specialization of the HR function handling Senior HR positions across industries.
