Biography
Christos Katharios is a member of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s Programs Department as well as a member of the Technical Department. Christos has been with the Foundation since 2008 and has experience in evaluating and implementing various grants in Greece and internationally, participating in SNF initiatives, as well as participating in Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center planning and implementation phases. Prior to joining the Foundation, Christos was employed in the Organizing Committee of the 2004 Athens Olympics (ATHOC 2004) as a transport planner and at various engineering consulting firms in Greece and UK in planning, engineering, design, consulting and project & construction management. Christos holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London’s (UCL) Bartlett School and is currently enrolled in an M.Arch. from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture (SFIA).
