Biography
Michael Cain is currently a Professor of Political Science at St. Mary's College of Maryland and former chair of that department. He also is the Practice Area Lead in the Energy and Environmental Management Group at the Engility Corporation working in Africa, Southeast Europe, Philippines, Ukraine and Washington DCon USAID energy contracts. He is former Chief of Party for a USAID project and former Director of the Center for the Study of Democracy.
