Biography
Angeliki Katsapi is the Director of TEMOS Quality in Medical Care, AEGEAN Ltd, a Certified Assessor of Temos GmbH and Deputy Chair of Temos Assessors Advisory Board. Mrs Katsapi lives in Athens, Greece and has graduated from the Nursing Department of the University of Athens. She holds a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics and is an IRCA certified lead auditor and auditors’ trainer for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. Angeliki has extensive experience in healthcare services’ management, in general and in quality management, in particular gained through her work in various positions
