Vozikis Athanasios

Biography

Athanasios Vozikis is an  Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus with specialization in Health Economics and Information Systems.   PhD University of Piraeus in Health Economics and Information Systems, Master's degree ( M . Sc .), University of Athens in Health Informatics ( Health  Informatics ) and graduated from the Public Administration Department of Panteion University. He is the Director of the "Economics and Management of Health" Laboratory of the University of Piraeus and has served as  Chairman of the Trading Committee of EOPYY and as a member of the National Council of Public Health . He has participated in committees as an expert in process re-design, operational and strategic planning and development of healthcare systems, public organizations and private enterprises. He has also been a member of research teams in international, European and domestic projects and member of committees for the implementation and evaluation of Information Society projects. She has taught courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level and has published a large number of research papers and monographs in international and domestic journals and conference proceedings.
