Biography
Prof. Chen is affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and technology, China. He is currently serving as professor at the School of pharmaceutical science. She holds a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His research interests lie in the evaluation of bioactivities such as antidiabetic, antioxidative, antimicrobial properties from plants as well as isolation and elucidation of the bioactive compounds. He served as principal investigator on several internal as well as external grants funded nationally and internationally. He has published in various international refereed journals and is an active reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals.
