Biography
Chrysoula Kaloteraki finished Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in Greece for four years. During my Bachelor Internship in Netherlands She participated in a research project about desktop Indirect calorimeter for estimating resting metabolic rate both reliable and feasible in community dietetics. The scientific paper was published in Clinical Nutrition Journal in September 2014 and presented in the ESPEN conference in Switzerland at the same time. Also in the 8th DIETS-EFAD conference that took place in Athens from October 9th to 12th 2014 I accomplished the poster presentation of our research. Furthermore, the thesis Bachelor project was about Comparison of wild greens and herbs consumption between residents of urban and rural areas of Crete. The research was published in the Clinical Nutrition ESPEN journal in June 2016 and also, I did a presentation of our research at the 13th Hellenic conference of Nutrition and Dietetics from 27th to 29th of November in 2015.
