Biography
Trinetta received her PhD in Food Science and Technology at the University of Athens(Greece) after several international research experiences (National Institute of Agronomic Research - Nantes, France and Food Science Department at Pennsylvania State University- State College, PA, USA). She is author of 20 publications in peer reviewed journals, national and international conferences
