Biography
Ott was an early employee at Skype, where he built the engineering team essentially from scratch, to over 300 in three years. Under Ott, Skype launched SkypeOut, and grew the business into a $1 billion product line. Prior to joining Skype, Ott served as General Manager of Software Development Business Unit at Helmes. Ott grew up in Estonia and earned his BA in International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School, and his MBA from INSEAD.
