Biography

A well-rounded professional with an MBA (London Business School) & a Ph.D. (Genetic Engineering). Has a proven track record in Strategy Development & Implementation, Sales & Marketing Management, Business Development & People Management, with 15 years Asia Pacific experience. Has worked for MNC’s (Lilly, Baxter, Medtronic & Fresenius Medical Care) as well as SME's (Invida, Derwent Information).  A strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, interpersonal & leadership skills acquired from performing successfully in team-based environments. Is sensitive to, & experienced in working with multi-cultural teams; has managed Western & Asia teams.  Seconded by the CEO in 2011 to work in Swedish HQ & promoted to VP Global Marketing. Worked on the Baxter acquisition due diligence process & the post-merger integration planning. Relocated back to Asia (Shanghai followed by Hong Kong) to focus on accelerating business growth in the emerging markets.  Recently set up a healthcare consulting start-up.  A Hong Kong permanent resident.
