Biography
Zhenyu Gao is an Assistant Professor in finance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. Professor Gao joined CUHK Business School in 2014. His primary research interest is in behavioral finance, asset pricing, and real estate finance, with an emphasis on investor sentiment, housing market dynamics, geography and economic performance. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University and M.A. in economics as well as B.S. in astrophysics from Peking University.
