Nelson Chiu

Biography

Nelson started his career as an auditor in a local CPA firm. Within a short time, Nelson was promoted to the position as an audit manager and received many remarkable testimonials from clients and his employer.  He then changed to the commercial field and held positions as a financial controller in main board listed and GEM board listed companies. He was well-versed with the listing rule compliance and performed excellently in meeting tight schedules. Nelson was invited by The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries to teach on financial reporting subjects. In addition, he was the examination paper accessor at the Caritas Francis Hsu College. Nelson graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained his honours degree in accounting. Nelson is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (Practising), and he is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K., an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and also an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, U.K. Today, Nelson is practising in his own name and devotes his efforts and experiences to serve the local and overseas clients.
