Biography
aged 51, is the Director of Investor Relation of the Group. Mr Hung has more than 20 years of experience as CFO, executive director and independent non-executive director of various listed companies in Hong Kong. He was an executive director of the Group from 2005 to 2010, and was appointed as a non-executive director of the Group in 2011 and continued to serve as an independent non-executive director of the Group from 2014 to March 2017. Currently, Mr. Hung is also serving as a council member and the Chairman of Training Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association.
