Biography
Dr. Chan is currently the Assistant Head (Undergraduate Programme) of the Department of Electronic Engineering. He heavily involves in teaching and student matters for many years. In 1993, the students in the Department voted him one of the best teachers. He also got the Outstanding Teacher Awards of the Department for almost every year during 1999-2015. The criteria for getting the awards are based on students' nomination, the teaching evaluations and portfolio of the staff. He is recognized as a committed and enthusiastic teacher by his department.
