Biography
Dr. To-Ming Ho obtained his B.A. (First Class Honours) in Economics from the University of Warwick, M.Sc. in Econometrics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southampton. His research interests include student learning and economics of education. His teaching area is basic microeconomics. He obtained City University's Excellent Teaching Award in 1997, and College of Business's Excellent Teaching Team Award in 2007.
