Biography
Glenn Hui has been a full-time teaching staff in this department since December 2004. After finishing his undergraduate in political science at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he came back to Hong Kong and started working in the private sector. In 1997, he started the part-time MA Program in Public Policy and Management at City University. In 2000, he continued his full-time PhD study in this department. The title of his thesis is Modeling the Policy Process: An Analysis of Policy Dynamics in Hong Kong.
