Dr. Jane YANG is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Management, City University of Hong Kong , Hong Kong. His research interests includes Multilevel relationships, Customer service and emotions, Experience sampling methodology, Professional-client relationships. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Jane YANG is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
